I need to stop, but you know how it is. I spotted a craigslist ad for a Boss FRV-1, FDR-1 and FBM-1 with BCB-30 case for $300. When I went out to buy it, he had a MIJ CE-2, so I scooped the set up for $350. He also included a Hercules guitar stand and a set of Fender Custom shop guitar cable and 4 patch cables. I estimate the FRV-1 and CE-2 go for $150 a piece, FDR-1 for $100, FBM-1 for $50, 5 cables worth about $50, the Boss BCB-30 with patch cables for about $25, and the Hercules stand for around $25. Total estimated value of $550?! Really $550? Anyway, I shelled out more than I originally planned, but overall a nice deal.
He mentioned that the guitar gear was his buddies stuff, but he died of cancer after a 2 year battle. He lived in Oceanside very close to Don's house.

Happy Valentines Day! Sold the FDR-1 for $110+10 shipping on Reverd.com. I think it sweetens the deal because I did not want the FDR-1 from the beginning and ended up getting a good price for the sale.

'59 Bassman sold for about $100 on Yahoo Auction Japan when visiting that summer.
