The Filpper gets Flipped - Ibanez JSM10

Just as I flipped a Partscaster for $600, this one gets listed and I could not resist. It was originally listed for $725, but the seller went down to $650 and eventually $600. Meeting in Encinitas so not too painful. I am trying to get better and jazz so looking for some inspiration. Looks like I might have to unload the Epiphone and Coronado to have some peace at heart.

FENDER JAZZ BASS - $250 (ESCONDIDO) 

selling a mexican fender jazz bass for $250. needs a new nut on the neck which will run you about $10 and some super glue. a new pack of strings would do you well too (you’ll need new ones anyways if you put a new nut on the neck) it’s a great bass i just don’t use it much anymore. it works fine, sounds great, nice feel to it. you can try it out before buying.....just make sure to bring an amplifier with you.

I would recommend starting with standards because they are relatively simple and will teach you the form, which you need to know before you can really get into more complex stuff. These have been recorded a million times so rather than suggest specific records I'm going to actually suggest that you listen to various versions of these to get an idea of how fluid it can be.
