I would recommend starting with standards because they are relatively simple and will teach you the form, which you need to know before you can really get into more complex stuff. These have been recorded a million times so rather than suggest specific records I'm going to actually suggest that you listen to various versions of these to get an idea of how fluid it can be. Here are the ones I'd start with:
- All the things you are
- Autumn Leaves
- Take the A Train
- All of Me
- Summertime
- Don't get Around Much Anymore
- Misty
- So What
- Satin Doll
This link has boats of pdf jazz charts. I need to break out the printer ink replacements and fire up the printer. https://www.swiss-jazz.ch/partitions.html
This contains an online entry from a guitar teacher about reading music.
